Just to let you know, you are not looking at the interior of a ghost train. This is concept design for a train interior where railway travel isn't a drag for the living. Designed by Chris Precht, it has an interior with pull down seats instead of stationary and unmoving seats.
This makes a railway car very accommodating for whatever occasion that you need it. For example, if you just want simple passenger seats, pull them down. If you want to have a little open space for your on-train party, retract the chairs into the ceiling.
